Stanley Park is one of the main urban foreshore parks in Vancouver. Popular with walkers, cyclists, young families and more, this is one of the tracks that gives you a good sense of how the city fits around the Bay Area. The track is all flat, smooth surface of bichumen and extends over 10km.

You can get onto the track pretty much anywhere, the only catch is that the hills down and back up from the track can be pretty long, so pushing up them after doing the full length of track requires a bit of stamina.
