Lady Carrington Drive is a great cycle track in the Royal National Park that is also suitable for some wheelchairs. It’s a hard packed sandy-gravel surface along an undulating track, with a steep uphill at the non-visitor centre end.

We met at the visitor’s centre and did a car shuffle out to the end of the track. In hind-sight, it probably would have been better to start at the far end and end at the visitors centre (this avoids the hill and means that you get coffee on arrival!).
